Greg and his team once again did the Olive Branch proud; top quality service, great drinks selection, and a top-notch Sunday Roast followed by an outstanding cinnamon cheese cake. Highly recommended.

It appears that Hall and Woodhouse recruit staff based on their being nice and friendly - you can’t train that. Lovely people, good service, surprisingly good food. Definitely worth the visit - it’s a lovely town anyway - and I’ll be back for sure.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Food – Thanks to Greg! I cannot say enough good things about the incredible dining experience I had, all thanks to Greg! From the moment I arrived, Greg made sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine passion for great service set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Not only was the food absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—but Greg ensured that everything was delivered promptly and with a smile. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find someone who truly elevates the entire dining experience, but Greg did just that. If you’re looking for exceptional service paired with amazing food, look no further. Greg is the kind of person who turns a great meal into a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to have Greg as my server again!

Really very nice, helpful and welcoming staff and a lovely spacious feel to the place while keeping that cosy pub feel too! Good beers and the food is of good standard and servings. I had the burger which I know is an easy job but it was tasty and nicely presented. Prices are as most places currently and they made space for us even though we had no booking and were a walk in. Lovely seating area outside with alot of capacity. Free parking for maybe 30 or so cars in the free attached car park , I don't see wheelchair accessibility being any sort of issue at this establishment and it appears to be dog and children friendly also.

We’ve been coming to the Olive Branch for the last six months, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The food is always delicious, and the warm, friendly atmosphere makes it a pleasure to return time and time again. The staff are attentive and welcoming, with a special mention to Zoe, who is always efficient, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommended!
